WHAT IS ENFORCED
liquidity lock
Liquidity is locked at deploy time. No withdraw function exists in the locker contract, for the creator, an admin, or anyone.
provenance
Provenance is required before launch. The launch form will not submit without it.
listenability
Sound-design bounds are declared and validated before launch. A frequency cannot launch without them, any more than it can without provenance.
